NHNE Athletics ("we," "us," or "our") operates nhneathletics.org. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Name, email address, and optional phone number when you submit a contact, RSVP, or support form
- Email address when you sign up for news and events notifications

- To respond to inquiries and follow up about mentorship, events, partnerships, or giving

How forms are delivered
Contact, signup, RSVP, and support forms are submitted through FormSubmit and delivered to hello@nhneathletics.org. FormSubmit's processing is also subject to their own policies.

If we enable website analytics (such as Google Analytics), the service may collect usage data like pages visited, device type, and approximate location. Analytics is configured to respect privacy settings where available. You can use browser controls or extensions to limit analytics cookies.
